The Slicer Health Clinic, located at La Porte High School, opened August 5th.  The clinic's hours of operation are 7:30am – 4:00pm.  The clinic offers confidential primary and urgent health care services. The Clinic can administer required immunizations for Kindergarten, 6th and 12th grade students. Sports physicals are also
available for $20. Please call 324-1377 or email SHC@LPH.org for an appointment; walk-ins are accepted. The Clinic accepts all insurances and medical consents forms can be found on school websites.
