Kindergarten Registration will be held on Wednesday, March 24, (8:00 am - 6:00 pm). If your child will be five (5) years old on or before August 1, 2010, please fill out the attached form and return it to the school office as soon as possible. The Four Star School Award, the state's highest distinction, was given to Kingsbury Elementary School for the 2008-09 school year. To earn the distinction, a school must be fully accredited by the Indiana State Board of Education, meet Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP per No Child Left Behind Act of 2001) and perform in the top 25% of all schools in the state in each of the following areas: ISTEP+ LA/Math, ISTEP+ Lang Proficiency T-Score, ISTEP+ Math Proficiency T-Score, and Attendance Rate.
