Print this articleStudent Schedule Updates

Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students,

Thank you for your patience as we have been working hard to create a new master schedule for students and teachers.  You will have access to your student’s schedule on Sunday, August 23rd via Skyward.

On Campus Students (Option #1): On Monday, August 24th students may enter the building at 7:15 and will start the day in SRT from 7:45-9:40.  After 9:40 students will be able to meet each of their teachers following our “2 hour delay” bell schedule for the remainder of the day.  We have posted the SRT posters around the building with two grades per poster (9th/10th and 11th/12th) so students know where to report.  Keep in mind the posters have ranges in the alphabet so if it says “Aa-Al” and your last name was "Abraham" you would with Miss Parker in Room J.12 you would report there for SRT.  During the SRT Homeroom we will hand out chromebooks, review the rules and guidelines in compliance with social distancing and masks for safety, and distribute a paper copy of the student’s schedule. Please note masks are mandatory while in the building. You will also have the SRT listed on the schedule via Skyward.  We are very excited to see students again!

Distance Learning Students (Option #2): All Distance Students are reminded to pick up chromebooks (if you have not already done so). Please plan to log into Canvas Monday morning after 7:45 am. The Distance Learning Teachers will be contacting all students to share the processes that will be followed.

Home School Students (Option #3): All Homeschool students are also invited to pick up chromebooks (if you have not already done so). Students enrolled in the The LaPorte Homeschool program will be receiving emails offering login and password information from EdOptions. Please contact Jen Hunt at jhunt@lpcsc.k12.in.us or Amy Jackson @ ajackson@lpcsc.k12.in.us for any questions you might have regarding this programming choice.
