Pesticide Applications

The Indiana Pesticide Review Board approved new regulations that impact school corporations.  We are pleased to annouce that as a progressive school community, we have been following these safe practices for years.  Pesticides are not applied during school hours and records of all pesticide applications are maintained in the Director of Facilities' office.  However, if you wish to be notified when pesticides will be used, please request placement on the pesticide notification registry.  You can do this by sending a written request to your school office or by sending an email to mcizewski@lpcsc.k12.in.us.  In most cases, individuals on this list will be notified 48 hours before the application of a pesticide.
