La Porte Community School Corporation Superintendent Search

The LPCSC Board of Trustees has opened their search for a new superintendent. The Trustees are committed to working together to identify and hire the best candidate to lead and serve the students, staff, and community. Applications are being accepted through May 15, 2024, by William Kaminski of Newby, Lewis, Kaminski & Jones, LLP. The Board anticipates naming the next superintendent this summer, with the new superintendent beginning work on August 1, 2024. Application Process

  • Application window closes on May 15, 2024.

  1. Letter of interest

  2. Completed application form

  3. Current resume

  4. College or university placement credentials

  5. Copy of valid Superintendent Certificate

  • The Board will select the candidate(s) it wishes to interview and will contact each applicant individually. Interviews will begin May 20, 2024.

  • The Board anticipates the selection process will be completed by June 14, 2024. The new Superintendent will be expected to commence his or her duties on August 1, 2024.

Selection Process

The Board of Trustees will accept applicants from both within and outside the corporation and encourages interested, well-qualified candidates to apply.
