Special Event and Group Catering

The Food Service Department offers catering to all school related functions including:

  • Classroom celebrations
  • Faculty workshops
  • Continental breakfast
  • Staff or student recognitions

The catering contract is available in the kitchen of all buildings or can be downloaded here. Please contact Judy Keim, Food Service Director, with questions.

Guidelines For Using Cafeterias and Kitchens

  • Catering for school sponsored functions may take place when catering does not interfere with school breakfast and lunch
  • At least one Food Service employee must be present when the kitchen is being used by non-food service personnel
  • The group sponsoring the event will be billed for each employee's hours at current scale. Employee's hours will be paid with regular payroll
  • The group using the kitchen must leave the kitchen clean and in working order. Groups will be billed for any damage to equipment
  • An "Information Form" must be completed and sent to the Director of Food Services for any event at which food will be served that was not purchased and prepared by Food Service Staff
